Registration

Delegate registration is through the official 41st IAHR World Congress (IAHR2025) website. Early bird registration opens in February 2025.
Fees depend on registration category and registration phase. The IAHR2025 Delegate Pass includes access to IAHR2025 and joint programmes, lunches and coffee / tea breaks, and welcome reception. Please refer to the delegate registration page for more information.
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, WeChat Pay and bank transfer via PayNow for Singapore-based registrants.
All registrations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, delegate replacements are permitted, subject to approval from the organiser.
A receipt will be emailed along with the registration confirmation upon successful registration.
Your registration confirmation, along with your unique QR code, will be emailed to you at the email address used for registration. Please bring along a digital or print copy of your unique QR code to collect your badge onsite at the event.
Onsite registration is available during the event period.

Proceedings & Indexing

Once your Extended Abstract is accepted as an Oral Presentation, you may submit a longer paper (over 4 pages) for inclusion in the 41st IAHR World Congress Proceedings. Abstracts accepted only as Posters will not be included.

The 41st IAHR World Congress Proceedings will include submitted papers accepted after evaluation. Proceedings will be registered with an ISSN and ISBN. Each single paper will be assigned with individual direct object identifiers (DOI).

IAHR World Congress Proceedings are indexed in Scopus.

2025 IAHR World Congress will be submitted for evaluation to Engineering Village and Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

Abstract Submission

All extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and the Congress International Scientific Committee (ISC) will inform contributors if their abstract has been selected as oral presentation or poster presentation by January 2025. Authors will have to accept by February 2025. Click here for more information on key dates and deadlines.

After you are notified that your Extended Abstract has been accepted as an oral presentation, you can decide if you wish to send a Paper (longer than 4 pages) to be included in the Proceedings of the 41st IAHR World Congress. Extended abstracts accepted only as poster presentation will not be included in the Proceedings.

For the extended abstract to be presented in the congress, the presenting author of each accepted extended abstract must be fully registered at the indicated time.

Event Information

The 41st IAHR World Congress (IAHR2025) will be co-located with Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) Spotlight 2025. Both events will be held at the Singapore EXPO, located at 1 Expo Drive, Singapore 486150.
Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies.
IAHR2025 is open to the scientific community, industry, utilities, governments and cities, national water associations and international organisations.

Singapore EXPO is a 15-minute drive from the CBD and a 5-minute ride from Changi International Airport.

Situated at the doorstep of Changi Business Park, Singapore EXPO is easily accessible via many modes of transportation. Visit www.singaporeexpo.com.sg for more information.

Hotels that are located near the Singapore EXPO, include Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, Singapore and Dorsett Changi City Singapore.

Singapore EXPO is served by two MRT lines: the East-West (Green) Line and Downtown (Blue) Line via the Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35). For alternative accommodation options, delegates may wish to consider hotels along these two MRT lines.
