Proceedings & Indexing
Once your Extended Abstract is accepted as an Oral Presentation, you may submit a longer paper (over 4 pages) for inclusion in the 41st IAHR World Congress Proceedings. Abstracts accepted only as Posters will not be included.
The 41st IAHR World Congress Proceedings will include submitted papers accepted after evaluation. Proceedings will be registered with an ISSN and ISBN. Each single paper will be assigned with individual direct object identifiers (DOI).

2025 IAHR World Congress will be submitted for evaluation to Engineering Village and Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

All extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and the Congress International Scientific Committee (ISC) will inform contributors if their abstract has been selected as oral presentation or poster presentation by January 2025. Authors will have to accept by February 2025. Click here for more information on key dates and deadlines.
After you are notified that your Extended Abstract has been accepted as an oral presentation, you can decide if you wish to send a Paper (longer than 4 pages) to be included in the Proceedings of the 41st IAHR World Congress. Extended abstracts accepted only as poster presentation will not be included in the Proceedings.

Hotels that are located near the Singapore EXPO, include Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, Singapore and Dorsett Changi City Singapore.
Singapore EXPO is served by two MRT lines: the East-West (Green) Line and Downtown (Blue) Line via the Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35). For alternative accommodation options, delegates may wish to consider hotels along these two MRT lines.
